What does a car with no signal mean?

The system collects real-time information about the location of your vehicles.

However, if Vehicle is in a shadow area (uncovered area), the tracker internally stores all information during that period and automatically sends it to the system as soon as Vehicle returns to an area with a connection.

How do I know if I am receiving information from my vehicle?

The Contele Fleet Tracking Map is the first screen you find when you open the system.

Here you can see the position of all your vehicles.

Around the icon used to identify your vehicles is a colored outline.

This colored outline serves to report the status of your Vehicles in relation to the signal, namely:

Green: Vehicle has signal, and you are receiving all information in real time;
White: Vehicle off, no information to send until powered on again;
Yellow: Vehicle currently with no signal (passing through an area without internet connection);
Orange: Vehicle is not receiving a signal and you have not received information about it for more than 24 hours.
Red: Vehicle had no tracker installed.

My vehicle has had no signal for more than 24 hours, what should I do?

If your vehicle is indicating that it has not received a signal for more than 24 hours, you will need to:

Make sure the tracker has not been disconnected from the vehicle;
Confirm with the Driver who drove last that the Vehicle is parked in an area with no coverage (underground garage, area without satellites, tunnels, etc.).

If the vehicle is parked in a coverage area, it will need to be moved to an open sky location to receive the signal.
