The Vehicle Map displays the status of each vehicle by the border colors.

Understand the color of each status with its respective border:

"On" status (green border)

The status will appear as on and green when the vehicle communicates with the system, that is, it is the identification that the vehicle is currently on.

"Off" status (gray border)

The status will appear as off and gray when the vehicle communicates with the system, that is, it is the identification that the vehicle is currently off.

Status "No signal at the moment" (yellow border)

The status will appear as unsigned at the moment and yellow when the tracker has been unable to communicate with our server for more than 5 minutes.

This can occur when the vehicle enters a shadow area of the mobile operator or when, for example, in garages, basements or tunnels.

In this case, we recommend that the vehicle stay on until the next update (30 seconds), otherwise the system will not update.

TIP : If the driver turns off the vehicle, for example, 15 seconds after passing through a shaded area, just ask him to turn on the vehicle for the tracker to update.

Status "No signal for more than 24 hours" (orange border)

The status will appear as no signal for more than 24 hours and in orange if the vehicle is left for more than 24 hours without communicating with the system and its last status has been registered as turned on.

In this situation we have to be aware, because the vehicle may actually be underground, for example, where there is no signal, or there may have been some communication failure.

It is worth remembering that the important thing is to check only the color of the border, as it is the one that identifies the situation of each vehicle at the moment, since the background and icon colors can be customized in the configuration of each vehicle.
